Veronica is a highly experienced aviation professional with a passion for flight, education, and community. As the founder of Right Rudder Aero, she brings a unique blend of skill, professionalism, and personal commitment to every flight mission she undertakes.
Veronica holds a Commercial Single Engine Land and Multi-Engine Land Certificate with an Instrument Rating, as well as an Advanced Ground Instructor Certificate. As she continues to grow in her career, Veronica is currently pursuing her Airline Transport Pilot Certificate and Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) rating.
In addition to her private charter services, Veronica has worked at Southwest Airlines since 2009, where she has served as a Flight Attendant for over 11 years, gaining invaluable industry insight and customer service expertise.
A graduate of St. Mary’s University with a degree in International Relations, Veronica is also deeply committed to aviation education and mentorship. She leads the Aviation Program at Incarnate Word High School (IWHS), an all-girls school where she introduced the AOPA “You Can Fly” curriculum—making IWHS the first all-girls school in the nation to implement the program.
Veronica also serves as the President of Women in Aviation’s Alamo City Chapter, where she actively supports the advancement of women in the field of aviation.
